Returns & Exchanges
Guarantee 3 day Return
If you aren’t satisfied by our products, there’s a 3 day returns and exchanges guarantee policy. Please first read our returns and exchanges policy. We will double check the goods before they are sent out, but please understand that mistakes might sometimes occur, so forgive us for any inconveniences. Buyers need to pay the shipping fee for any return or exchange.
The difference of colors
Due to different settings of personal monitors, there might be differences in resolutions and colors. All the pictures are taken by our shop and are not used the original picture from suppliers. Colors and appearances of items are based on real products! Please do not debate (to avoid mistakes happening, you are welcomed to ask any question before placing an order, such as the colors of products or other questions). Customers who agree the rule “colors are based on the real products” are welcomed to place the order.
Returns and exchanges rules
Customers who have a reasonable reason could bring up the returns and exchanges request within 3 days, and the returned or exchanged products must be bought from our store.
Please email us with details, such as order number, date and product number. After we reply the request, we will process the returns and exchanges within 3 days.
Address can be found on the back of the package; customers must pay the shipping fee of returned or exchanged products.
Returns and Exchange must be done before the deadline. Otherwise, we won’t accept requests afterwards.
We retain any returns and exchanges decision, returns and exchanges would not be processed under the following circumstances:
Changing sizes –We would not accept returns and exchanges of the product size, please carefully decide the size before submitting your order
Difference of color – Our products are based on the real products, please consider this rule before submitting your order.
Unreasonable request –The following request would not be accepted, such as “don’t like the product” or “the product is not like the one I think it is”
Expiration –Products received over 3 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products that have been used –products that have been used, broken or are made dirty by customers could not be returned or exchanged also.
